    • Call or email Elite Physique and we will set up your first session which will consist of a brief health survey, goal setting and a fitness evaluation. Once goals are set, we can determine together the most effective path for your fitness journey.
  • What is the payment schedule?
    • It is our policy to bill weekly for services rendered.
  • How important is what I eat?
    • What you put into your body is extremely important to your overall health. Approximately sixty percent of what you consume accounts for your body composition. That is why at Elite Physique we feel it is critical to educate our clients on the necessities of nutrition. A customized fitness plan, nutritional knowledge and a pinch of motivation is our recipe for your success!
  • Will I need my own gym equipment?
    • No, we provide all the tools necessary to give your body an incredible workout!
  • How many calories will I burn per session?
    • There are many elements to this equation…you age, weight, and physical fitness to name a few. However, on average, our clients typically burn anywhere from 250-600 calories per session.
  • What age range of people do you train?
    • Age is not a determining factor. As long as you have a good attitude and a commitment to yourself, Elite Physique will be there to help!
