  Partner and Group Training 

 Do you have a group of friends or co-workers interested in having fun and getting healthy at an affordable rate?  Then Partner or Group Training might be for you!  These workouts combine the expertise and benefits of one-on-one personal training with the accountability, motivation, and camaraderie that come from exercising within a group of peers. Prices per person are: 
  • 2 people:  $50/hr
  • 3 people:  $35/hr
  • 4 people :$25/hr
